	Description		San Antonio Manufacturing Facility in need of Experienced Manufacturing Engineer! Excellent company with advancement opportunitites! Strong Manufacturing background- metal cutting experience is needed. Someone who has worked his or her way up from the ground floor. You MUST have extremely good working knowledge of the following: AutoCAD CNC programming Tool Design GD&T Expert Other duties include: Study functional statements, organization charts and project information to determine functions Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as process flow charts, production schedules to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment. Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restucturing job duties, reorganizing work flow, relocating work stations and equipment, and purchase of equipment. Confer with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations. Supervisory Duties: May directly supervise employees in the Engineering department. Will interview and train new employees; planning, assigning and directing work. Company will re-locate for the right individual. A sign on BONUS yearly BONUS and monthly incentives are also included.
