• Study functional statements, organization charts and project information to determine functions.
• Establish work measurement programs and analyzes work samples to develop standards for labor utilization.
• Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as process flow charts, production schedules to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.

• Someone who has worked his or her way up from the floor
• CNC programming (5 Axis)
• Tool Design (Carbide)
• GD&T Expert
• High user of AutoCAD 2007 to 2011 any of these versions
• CNC Fanuc MGB code programmer. One that writes the program for machining, installs in the machine and runs it
• Metal cutting tooling knowledge
• Need someone that we can hand a head or block casting and have them figure out how to process it and machine it to customer blue print. This entails what tools to use, work holding fixture design and a process that will accomplish it.
