FirstOption strives to deliver the very best service to our employees and we look at each and every employee as another Client with individual needs. We continually look to better the experience and our process that potential and current employees go through during the arduous task of finding employment.

Below is a list of the services that we provide to our current Employees.

• Online Application - This shortens the time it takes to become registered with our agency and allows you to be available for our recruiters to match you with current job openings.
• Resume Creation - Our current technology will allow us to build you a resume if you do not have one to post during the online application process. Although we can build one it is better to have one ready to go as our system is constrained in its ability to create based on information you submit.
• Available List - This is a list of potential candidates who have called in once a week to communicate their availability. Our software allows this information to be available to all recruiters and allows the recruiter to see what type of job the candidate is seeking. ONE CALL PER WEEK!
• Direct Deposit - In the forms section you will find a direct deposit form that you may submit to us via fax or e-mail to activate your direct deposit. Please allow one payroll cycle for this to be effective.
• Vacation Pay - FirstOption will pay Holiday pay to all employees who meet a 1500 hour working requirement. Any employee who works a consistent full time schedule (32 hours or greater per week) and reaches a total of 1500 hours worked will be eligible to receive the following paid holidays; New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Please ask management for further details.
• Web Connect - Employees will have the ability to login online to check timecard submission, check details, hours worked, and they can even submit changes to their contact information. This service has to be setup through a FirstOption Representative. Subject to eligibility!
